Environment, Health and Safety Policy

 COMMITMENT

We strive to provide a healthy and safe work environment. This is not just a moral and legal responsibility but also a prerequisite for the company to achieve its primary mission to conduct research, carry out analysis, provide consulting services, and promote its strategic environment and health process at the highest international standards through the attraction and retention of high-quality staff and other working partners. This commitment to protecting people and property also extends to ensuring the company’s operations do not place the community at any risk of injury, illness, or property damage.

POLICY STATEMENT

To achieve this, the managers & all key personnel shall:

1.  Adopting a risk management approach that is consistent with the nature of tasks and activities.
2.  Providing and maintaining safe workplaces, plants,s, and systems of work;
3.  Treat the environmental aspects of any work activity with equal value to commercial  and quality aspects.
4. Comply with applicable EHS laws and regulations pertaining to the country of operation.
5. Support the identification of environmental impacts in work activities.
6. Ensuring Zero accidents, incidents, or occupational harm by identifying hazards and assessing risks.
7. Ensure that all members of the senior management have the prime responsibility for health and safety and they demonstrate this obligation through their actions.
8. Encourage the reporting of unsafe acts & conditions and the actions to improve performance.
9. Do their best to minimize the environmental impact of our activities by preventing pollution and minimizing waste.
10. Investigate all events where injuries and damage to property or the environment have occurred including all near-miss incidents where there was high potential to cause injury or damage.
11. Providing and maintaining safe workplaces, plants, and systems of work;
12. Providing information, instruction, training, and supervision to ensure safe systems of work;
13. Ensuring that nominated safety personnel are adequately trained and supported
14. Consulting and cooperating with health and safety representatives, workers, and others; providing and maintaining personal protective equipment as required; and continuously reviewing and improving its safety performance.

All people working within the company have an obligation to follow these principles fully. By doing so, we create a working culture that continuously strives to improve environmental performance and a working environment where harm is reduced to a level, which is as low as reasonably practical.
